You will be missed….Rosemary Dworak Waters……?? As president of the Carmel International Arts Festival, she built the event into one of Indiana’s premier arts festivals with more than 130 artists and 30,000 visitors during the two-day event every September. What followed were positions on the Carmel Arts Council, Carmel Clay Historical Society, the Actors Theatre of Indiana, and being named one of the original board members for what now is known as the Allied Solutions Center for the Performing Arts in 2010.
