That’s why our team was proud to deliver a state-of-the-art Sales Center, where future residents will start their journey to island-inspired living. Complete with a design center, offices, a break room, and a welcoming reception area, this space is designed to offer a smooth and inviting experience for all prospective Parrotheads looking to make Latitude Margaritaville their new home.

Yesterday, our team came together for an insightful company meeting and meaningful development opportunity. Led by Erika Alessandrini, we explored how our core values—People Matter, Details Matter, and Results Matter—shape everything we do. We also celebrated Dalton Edgell with the 'Living It' award, a quarterly recognition for team members who embody these values day in and day out. We're grateful for the time spent growing as a team!

The updated exterior and expanded interior feature a customer lounge, children's area, break room, and conference room, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming experience for everyone.

Our team had a fantastic time at the 6th Annual Basham & Lucas Chili Cook Off last Friday. We’re proud to share that one of our own, Dalton Edgell, brought the heat, earning 2nd place! In honor of October being Careers in Construction Month, we wanted to share about a recent visit to the UNF College of Computing, Engineering & Construction (CCEC). Our team had the privilege of teaching students some of the industry’s best practices in Pre-Construction, Design-Build, and Construction Management. It was a great opportunity to see students eager to ask questions and better understand our industry. We knew it was no overnight rush job when we were tasked with constructing a clubhouse for the Markland community. This building would serve as the centerpiece for the development, providing residents with a communal space that would be central to their lives for years to come. All of our effort led to an instant hit with the residents. In 2017, we received an Excellence in Construction, Eagle Award, from the Associated Builders & Contractors for our work on the Markland clubhouse.
