We are thrilled to have assisted Millboard, Inc in securing a new space in Minneapolis, MN! Millboard is a national manufacturer of outdoor deck materials. They sought to establish a presence in Minneapolis and engaged advisors Tim Olsen, SIOR and Sami Cowger to help. After finding a great location and negotiating a lease, Carlson Partners assembled the team, including interior designers and furniture, to get the project across the finish line.
