She creates a warm and supportive environment for residents, skillfully managing her time and multitasking to meet their needs. Known for her problem-solving abilities and proactive approach, Molly consistently goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home ??. ?? Fun Fact Molly’s journey with Caring Place Healthcare Group's Western Hills Retirement Village began when she was just 16, working in the dietary department—and that’s where she met her future husband! They married in 2009 ??, have three daughters, and remain a beloved part of the westside community. ?? Beyond Work At home, Molly has a full house with three dogs ??, a stray porch cat ??, two geckos ??, two tree frogs ??, and a tortoise ??.
