In less than a year Abi Robins, an Austin, Texas-based yoga therapist and life coach, has gone from car-driving commuter to bike-only convert. Their Momentum Bikes PakYak E+ e-cargo bike has helped them slow down, enjoy life more - and give back to their community. "suddenly the whole city was open to me" Living a more intentional life thanks to their e-bike hasn't just improved their mental wellbeing, it's helped boost their physical health too and allowed them to play a role in an inspiring community project: Austin Bicycle Meals, which helps fight food insecurity in the city one meal at a time.
