Our members, and associate members, count on CRA to be their voice in Sacramento – advocating for consumers, our role as drivers for California’s economy and ensuring a robust job environment. California Retailers Association represents the companies and retail professionals who make up the fifth largest economy in the world and provides them a voice and access to policy makers at the state and local level. Following last month’s announcement of a $3 million commitment to support wildfire relief in Southern California, The Home Depot Foundation is investing $500,000 of those funds into skilled trades programming in the region, impacting students pursuing trades careers through post-secondary education. The California Retailers Association's Foundation is honored to have been asked to support a local fire relief pop up shop in Los Angeles this weekend. The event included donations from retailers across the country to provide new and free clothing, accessories, luggage and other items for wildfire victims to shop from. #calretailers hopes the event provided some joy in those trying to rebuild their lives.
