With a Master of Social Work from UNC Charlotte and years of experience as a Family Care Navigator, Courtney has provided care planning, caregiver counseling, and led monthly support groups. She considers it a privilege to work alongside caregivers and is eager to continue this important work with our team. For 20 years in real estate, Jen has specialized in assisting older adults—especially those who haven’t bought or sold a home in decades. She expanded her impact by earning a CNA-1 certification and providing compassionate in-home care to those who wish to age in place.
