Careforth's services support caregivers of adults aged 18-64 with disabilities, seniors aged 65 and older through the CAP/DA program, and caregivers of medically fragile and medically complex children aged 0-20 through the CAP/C program. With this expanded reach, Careforth reinforces its dedication to supporting caregivers across North Carolina. By providing families with essential resources, emotional guidance, and financial support, we can help caregivers deliver exceptional care for their loved ones at home.
