We believe every child deserves opportunities to explore their creativity. #YouthArtMonth is the perfect time to highlight local organizations that inspire young artists and encourage self-expression through art. Check out these amazing Toledo programs that support the next generation of creatives! 1. Toledo Museum of Art: TMA offers hands-on art classes and workshops for kids and teens, covering painting, drawing, sculpture and more. 2. Toledo Artists' Club: Located in the Toledo Botanical Garden, the TAC provides workshops and a gallery space where young artists can display their work. 3. Toledo Lucas County Public Library: The library celebrates Youth Art Month with engaging activities and creative challenges for kids and families. 4. The University of Toledo Community Art Workshops: These Saturday morning art workshops are designed for kids aged 8-13, introducing them to skills like sewing, woodburning and bookbinding.?

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the Metroparks Toledo Winter Family Event at Market Hall such a success! ?? We collected 27 coats and 23 scarves for kids at Horizon Science Academy, Summit Academy, and Autism Model Community School. We’re so grateful for this amazing community.
