A few weeks ago, I posted here looking for someone to share their journey about how they made the transition from working for the federal government to pivoting their career to the private sector. I’m excited to share the story of Ronald Braver, who started his career working as a Special Agent for the Internal Revenue Service, Criminal Investigation. He worked for the IRS for 25 years before transitioning to the private sector with an accounting firm, then later launching his own consulting practice, dedicated to Forensics Accounting. Ron’s expertise spans 40 years of investigating money laundering, asset forfeiture, public corruption, bribery, wire fraud, and sophisticated organized crime.
