I'm looking for an exceptional B2C Director of Product Management! Do you have experience leading a Product and Design team (circa 10)? Have you worked for a rapidly scaling SaaS business? This role would suit someone who can work closely with the Senior Leadership team and has a strong track record of taking ownership of the day-to-day running of a Product and Design team. We need someone who can coach and upskill the existing team on best practices and they've experienced startup and large tech life so you can advise the best route to scale. Ideally, you'll have worked on a highly technical product and have a background or degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Business and we are agnostic about prior industry experience. Compensation is in the range of $200k-$250k (inclusive of bonus) + equity We are open to candidates across the USA only.
