At CARE Complex, we rely on the incredible support of organizations that share our mission to serve the homeless community. This month, we’re excited to highlight a valued partner whose contributions help provide essential services to those in need. Their dedication ensures that individuals facing hardship have access to the resources that empower them on their journey toward stability. Access to hygiene is more than just a basic need—it is a step toward dignity, health, and self-sufficiency. That is why we are proud to highlight The WASH Foundation and their Fresh Start WASH & Wellness mobile shower program, which provides much-needed shower and restroom facilities for individuals experiencing homelessness. Every Monday from 8 AM to 12 PM, excluding federal holidays, their mobile shower unit arrives at CARE Complex, offering a safe, private, and welcoming space for our clients. For many, this service is more than just a chance to get clean—it is a moment of relief, restoration, and renewed confidence as they work toward stability. Beyond hygiene, The WASH Foundation connects individuals with critical support services, including mental health counseling, housing assistance, and ID services, bridging the gap between immediate needs and long-term solutions. We are incredibly grateful for their partnership and the impact they make in our community.
