Announces CEO Transition As Care Advantage, Inc. enters its next growth phase, we are pleased to announce the following transition in our Leadership Team. Timothy Hanold will pass the baton to David Wagnon, who will step in as our new Chief Executive Officer. At the same time, Tim will remain actively involved as an Operating Partner with Searchlight Capital serving as an Executive Advisor to Care Advantage, Inc. Under Tim’s leadership over seven years, Care Advantage, Inc. has grown into the largest privately owned home care provider in the Mid-Atlantic, serving over 20,000 clients annually. There are so many interesting topics to be covered today at the Home Care 100 conference. I'm happy to have seen so many familiar faces from across the industry since I've arrived. Looks like a well-stacked and interesting program of events for today. I am thrilled to be speaking at the Home Care 100 "Create, Demonstrate, Articulate" Conference on Marco Island, Florida next week. I always love attending and speaking at these events, as it provides an opportunity to connect, hear new ideas, and learn from like-minded healthcare professionals.
