These past few months, Care Compass Collaborative has been busy putting together a team that will drive the Social Care Network for the Southern Tier Region. Dawn had joined Care Compass Network in August 2015 bringing with her over 16 years of Project Management experience. Over the past 9 years Dawn has led the Project Management team at CCN working on DSRIP projects, Cohort Management Program, grant-funded initiatives, and the Social Impact Pilot Program (SIPP). The CPT Program is designed to build up the allied health and other healthcare workforce by funding training and education that focuses on career advancement as well as developing a new healthcare workforce pipeline to address healthcare workforce shortages throughout NYS. ? FLPPS is grateful to be recognized by the State as a trusted partner to deliver on this important work.
