Chapter 4 - Website ?? Creating a website seemed like the easiest task – I went with a builder to avoid hiring extra developers ?? I considered a few options: ???? Wix ???? Shopify ???? Hostinger ???? Squarespace Some of the best platforms out there for website creation and the pricing is super affordable for beginners ?? Having some additional experience with platforms like these can be a big help, but even if you do not know at all, I believe a 12-year-old could figure it out! ???? I chose Shopify because I know it best and decided to do everything on my own ?? Plus, Shopify is perfect for scaling later, so it felt like the right choice. I started with a free template and built the site using my existing skills. $39 a month, and the rest of the widgets driving traffic are free now. ?Creating the entire website, excluding content, took me about two hours.? I highly recommend it! Perfect for a business start ?? ?? https://cardyhut.com/ ??By Ira Rizvanova

Chapter 3 - Sales Chanhels ??? Since the product is physical, and I’ve decided to focus on the U.S. market, the choice wasn’t too overwhelming. My top sales channels are pretty straightforward: 1?? First, my own website 2?? Second, the almighty Marketplace. And here we have the two heavy hitters—Amazon and Etsy. ?? Sure, there are tons of other sales channels out there, and in the future, I could explore additional platforms like Target, Walmart, Wayfair or even go for physical locations. But for now, considering the size of my team and the availability of ready products, I think this will be more than enough. ?? ??By Ira Rizvanova

Chapter 2 - Team ?? So, I’ve officially outlined the key positions I need to grow this little project of mine: 1. Marketing Manager 2. Website Administrator 3. Supplier Manager 4. Customer Support 5. Finance Guru 6. Designer …and I’ve appointed myself to all of them! ?? Why, you ask? 1. Well, I don’t exactly need to hire all those people right now. 2. Let’s just say, the budget committee (also me) said “No.” So, cheers to me and my team! ??♀??? ??By Ira Rizvanova #EntrepreneurLife #SmallBusiness #WearAllTheHats #CardiHat #NewBeginnings #BudgetFriendly

Chapter 1 - The Idea ?? Why cardboard playhouses? I was scrolling through social media one day and came across a company making these adorable cardboard playhouses. And I thought, why can't I sell them??? So l quickly jumped onto Amazon, Etsy, and the internet and saw that similar products were selling by the thousands in the U.S. And I thought, why not? If it worked for others, why shouldn't it work for me? And that's how the idea for CardyHut was born.?? ??By Ira Rizvanova #CardyHut #Entrepreneurship #NewBeginnings #SmallBusinessJourney #Inspiration
