Cardiologists spend about 10 extra hours a week documenting their patient visits. Makes it tough to keep a "normal" work schedule, especially if you're part of an independent cardiovascular practice. CardioOne helps those independent cardiologists by providing the tools and support needed to thrive, fueling a network of outstanding cardiovascular care. By partnering with DeepScribe, CardioOne gives their partner practices AI medical scribe technology made for them, customized for cardiology. Clinicians gain that time back and get complete, cardiology-specific notes that help improve care. CardioOne CEO and Co-founder Jasen Gundersen MD, MBA says "The proof of DeepScribe's value is that our partner physicians use it all the time." And we're thrilled to hear it. Find out more about CardioOne and the CardioOne-DeepScribe partnership in this case study. And share your thoughts below. #ambientAI #cardiology #clinicaldocumentation #clinicianwellbeing https://lnkd.in/e8x6srGV

Recent research reveals that individuals with late chronotypes, or "night owls," are at a 46% higher risk for developing type 2 diabetes (T2D). This increased risk is present even after accounting for lifestyle factors like diet and exercise. The study highlights that night owls tend to have larger waist circumferences, more visceral fat, and greater liver fat accumulation — all factors tied to metabolic disorders like T2D. The misalignment of their circadian rhythm with typical societal schedules may play a significant role in these metabolic disturbances. These findings highlight the importance of considering sleep patterns as part of overall health and diabetes prevention. To view the full findings, visit https://lnkd.in/eFQD9-vq
Recent research highlights the growing impact of environmental and metabolic factors on global stroke rates. Air pollution, rising temperatures, and poor dietary habits are driving an alarming increase in stroke cases and deaths. However, the study shows that 84% of strokes are linked to modifiable risk factors, offering a clear path for prevention. To view the full findings, visit https://lnkd.in/ey8H2R3F
