We are childhood friends who combined our two different career paths to start a company-- Aisha (chief diversity officer) and Vanessa (public school leader). We support organizations in navigating the highs and lows of adaptive challenges. We do this work humbly, as facilitators and participants in the deep norming needed to lead any community through the change process. What our coaching has looked like so far: -Co-constructing a vision for diversity, equity, and inclusion with orgs that includes built-in feedback and accountability structures. -Supporting leaders in navigating the inevitable resistance to doing diversity, equity, and inclusion work with integrity. -Modeling of learner-centered pedagogy, curriculum materials, and assessment rituals. -Implementing ways of working that move away from traditional hierarchal dynamics and build genuine employee efficacy, community, and trust.

From the National Museum of the American Latinos: Hispanic Heritage Month is a month-long celebration of Hispanic and Latino history and culture. While we celebrate Hispanic and Latino communites beyond this month, from September 15 to October 15 we give extra recognition to the many contributions made to the history and culture of the United States, including important advocacy work, vibrant art, popular and traditional foods, and much more. As language changes you'll also see Latine or Latinx month to be more inclusive of the LGBTQIA+ communities. We encourage you to attend events, read articles, books and celebrate the amazing contributions of this community to the American fabric.
