Cardinal Scale is now offering permanently-installed guide rails for truck scale orders. The guide rails will be riveted on at the factory, saving our dealers unpacking and installation time in the field. DOT regulations dictate that temporary items have to be removed from equipment during transit, so Cardinal cannot install bolt-on guide rails at the factory. Because the rivoted guide rails are considered part of the permanent structure, they don’t require removal during transport. Model numbers will be SR-1010227-I (I suffix for Installed guide rails).
