The first 2 phases of the Pebble Grove Community are complete, and construction of homes will start soon. This beautiful community in Goshen Township, Clermont County will provide much needed housing in the form of single family and paired patio homes.?

The Spirit of Construction held their 28th Annual Gala on October 19th where Cardinal Engineering was proud to continue the tradition of sponsoring the event. The event helps fund community-based education grants, workplace development programs, and college scholarships across the Tri-State area to pave the way for young people in the construction industry. Cardinal Engineering is proud to be a part of the design team working on the Newport, KY Parking Garage Project, a project aimed at enhancing accessibility and convenience for residents and visitors alike. Wednesday, October 23rd, a groundbreaking ceremony took place at the project site where construction is already underway. Zachary Clark, P.E. and Jeff Flaherty, P.E., LEED AP of Cardinal Engineering were excited to attend the celebration and to hear about the development of the city from local leaders. Cardinal is excited to announce the commencement of construction on Westview Village Townhomes in Asheville, North Carolina. The client, Amarx Construction, LLC, is constructing 26 Townhomes in West Asheville. Cardinal assisted the client with the engineering design, permitting and construction inspections.
