The City of Westfield has announced the Grand Park District Master Plan, a visionary blueprint designed to enhance and expand the existing Grand Park Sports Campus. The plan introduces three key destinations and various innovative design elements, creating a lively destination that seamlessly blends sports, recreation, business, and the community. The Master Plan is set to reshape Grand Park, bringing flexibility and world-class amenities to foster sports development and community interaction. The primary goal is to connect the park with the surrounding Westfield community, including residents and businesses in the district, creating a cohesive and accessible urban environment. Card and Associates Athletic Facilities, developers, owners and operators of the Mishawaka Fieldhouse, officially cut the ribbon today on the 220,000-sf sports complex located at 6155 Veterans Pkway. The fieldhouse features 10 basketball courts, including one championship court with 1,000 seats; 19 volleyball courts; a 70-yard turf field; 12 pickleball courts, with cushion playing surface; three batting cages; and a performance center. Other features include a multipurpose conference room, three tenant spaces; and 713 parking spaces. Congratulations!
