This demystifies our process & our clients go from being inquisitive, to appreciative, to participative. A participative process produces solutions to our clients' challenges, not a list of features cobbled together within a web application. In our last post, we'd written about velocity of development, & how we're transparent with our clients on that metric. That transparency is the beginning. Our goal is to generate confidence in our team's ability to launch #software on a predictable schedule. The cone below with the statistical best, worst & ideal case projections does just that. Sprint after sprint, it usually bends upwards towards the total backlog line. Also, because of these projections, the engineering team & the #productowner are able prioritize the backlog so as not to jeopardize launch.
