We offer modeling, prototyping, and design services using CAD for production of obsolete and custom parts for restoration and race car design. We are conveniently located in the New York Metro area and can provide unique onsite service to help you meet your project deadlines. About Us Car Parts by 3D Printing provides a unique way to restore, repair, or modify your vehicle using the latest technologies. We can create replacement parts that are no longer available and design new custom parts that are more suited to a particular application. Pricing is based on your design and specification needs. Our prices are very reasonable, so feel free to compare our pricing to anyone else. We use 5 different printers for our 3D printing jobs. 1. Stratasys uprint SE plus 2. Stratasys Fortus 250mc 3. Stratasys Dimension SST 1200es 4. Stratasys Fortus 400mc 5. 3D Systems Projet 660 These are commercial quality 3D printers that can print to a very high quality. We print in ABS plastic to help with prototyping and modeling, Nylon 12 and Ultrem for more demanding applications, and currently use Solidworks for CAD. Our current size limitations are 16 x 14 x 16 inches. For some projects, this is the final step. For needs that involve metal components, molds can be developed or an STL file created that will enable the production of your part on a CNC machine.
