CapVest celebrated a ceremonial groundbreaking at their newest multi-family residential development, Northern Lights, in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, on Friday, December 13, 2024. The owner group, staff, and investors were joined by local officials, the Eau Claire Area Chamber of Commerce, Chippewa Falls Chamber of Commerce, Menomonie Area Chamber of Commerce, River Falls Chamber of Commerce, and New Richmond Chamber of Commerce, as well as many others to celebrate the event.

We welcome Jamie (Gus) Gustafson, Maintenance Technician, to our CapVest Property Management Team! Jamie Gustafson AKA Gus. Born and raised in St. Cloud, MN, he moved to Fall Creek, WI, in June 2017. Gus went to St. Cloud Tech College and earned an associate degree in construction. In 2005, he opened a construction company. He has a robust construction background in all aspects of building. When not working, Gus's hobbies include hunting, fishing, hockey, and spending time with family.

We welcome Schuyler Waller, Maintenance Coordinator, to our CapVest Property Management Team! Schuyler was raised in Appleton, Wisconsin. He enlisted in the United States Air Force out of high school and spent 5 years in Alaska, where he met his wife, Katarina, and had his first and only daughter, Keida. Schuyler loves going on adventures with his wife and daughter, including hiking, walking downtown, or going to the park. Like any good Wisconsin resident, Schuyler is a die-hard Green Bay Packers fan!
