Captivate has an immediate need for all levels of Installation and Service Technicians in both our Austin and Boerne locations. Here are some specifics: ?Lead Installation Technician: 1-3 years experience installing, configuring, and servicing residential A/V, Home Theaters, Network and Lighting Systems. Able to read and interpret technical documents.?Experience working with and/or programming Lutron QS and QSX, Savant, Control 4 and Crestron systems is a PLUS. ?Service Technician: Similar to Lead Technician experience, with experience with Control Systems and networking and able to interpret floor plans and technical drawings. Trouble shooting skills are a must for the Service Tech, in addition to being resourceful, patient and friendly when working through challenging situations. ?Apprentice Installation Technician: Helpful experience to have would be working in residential construction as a framer or carpenter’s helper. Experience installing and trouble shooting with a Cable or Internet provider also a plus! Communication skills, a desire to learn and grow, able to lift 75 pounds and work safely on ladders are important for all of the positions. Pre-employment Background Check and Drug Screen are done. Must have a valid Driver License and clean driving record.
