Her diverse background as a seasoned engineer and HR executive with experience across several sectors has positioned her to lead Capstone Performance Solutions for nearly a decade. Additionally, she is an educator as a visiting Professor at her alma mater Clemson University. She is mission-driven in her efforts, which she demonstrates as the co-founder of I Am B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L, Inc., which provides mentoring opportunities and development for girls and women. Dr. Woodard is an empathic leader, catalyst for change, thought influencer, and on fire to help individuals and organizations thrive. Please join us in welcoming these outstanding professionals who bring unique expertise and leadership to our organization: Arielle Parker, Operations Manager Arielle Parker joins?Capstone?Performance Solutions as our Operations Manager, bringing over a decade of project management experience. Known for her commitment to excellence, Arielle has a strong background in Agile methodologies and has expertly navigated project management platforms like Asana, ClickUp, and Monday.com to deliver impactful client results. She is currently working toward her PMP certification to deepen her strategic skills. Arielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication and Media Studies from Old Dominion University and brings with her a suite of specialized professional certifications. Willie Burroughs, Transformational Leader & Executive Coach We're also excited to welcome Willie Burroughs, a seasoned transformational leader and executive coach. Willie joins us from a role as Chief Operations Officer?where he managed critical operational areas including maintenance, construction, transportation, and child nutrition. With an MBA and a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Clemson University, Willie's background spans leadership roles in manufacturing, service management, and public education. His career began in manufacturing with Cooper Industries and later transitioned to impactful roles in public service with Aramark and various Texas school districts, where he led initiatives in operations, facilities management, and capital improvement. Capstone?Performance Solutions delivered a transformative one-day workshop,?Leading Organizational Change,?on Wednesday, October 16th, for eighteen Health Care managers.?Tammie M. Land, Sr. Director of Programs, and Rachelle Lehner, Learning Director, led this customized experience aimed at empowering leaders with essential skills and strategies for guiding organizational change. ? This immersive six-hour workshop equipped participants with practical tools to manage resistance, communicate change, and actively engage their teams during transitions. Through interactive sessions and strategic breakout activities, managers worked on real-world, healthcare-focused change plans, applying the knowledge and insights gained to address current industry challenges. Key Learning Objectives: ?? Grasp the stages of the change process and apply Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model. ?? Strengthen communication skills to build stakeholder trust and involvement.
