Meet Vincent Capuano, our son, AND the newest member of the CapStack Commercial team! Vincent will be leading our development company, CapStack Development Co., as a Principal and VP of Project Management, and we are beyond excited for him to help us move this initiative forward. Vincent is a graduate of Georgia Institute of Technology, where he obtained a degree in #mechanicalengineering with a minor in #robotics. Before joining our team he worked for Amazon for nearly four years as a robotics project manager. Please join me in welcoming him to the team!

When a behavioral services company knew it wanted to expand its service offerings and house its several locations under one roof, it was time to look for just the right property that would fit its needs. Fast forward to this past month when a 14,500 SF medical space in St. Cloud became available and CapStack Commercial teammate Manny Berrios facilitated a deal that checked all its boxes. Blue Heart Behavior provides support to children diagnosed with Autism, ADHD, ODD, and other developmental disorders. Now, with the larger facility, it will be able to also offer daycare services to children without behavioral needs, too! Manny's negotiation skills really shined in this deal. The #landlord wasn't an institutional investor, which can make it more difficult to reach a favorable agreement, but in the end, he helped to land Blue Heart a clause in its lease that gives them the option to purchase the property in a few years if they choose to. Its new operation will be open in June once the buildout is done. We're excited about its expanded footprint in the St. Cloud community!
