In honor of International ERG Day, we celebrate our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) who bring people together, uplift voices, and drive positive change. Thank you to our ERG leaders and members for making our workplace welcoming and empowering for all! ? For Nicole XU, HR Senior Director at Michael Kors in Shanghai, being part of an ERG offers deeper connections. “It’s more than work—it’s engaging and fulfilling. ERG leadership means caring beyond responsibilities and enjoying each moment with colleagues,” she shared. ? Mary Kordzikowski, Director of Planning at Jimmy Choo in New York, echoes this sentiment. “Being part of an ERG fosters belonging and community. Connecting across brands strengthens our culture and empowers inclusivity.” Mary’s experience shows the value of collaboration in creating a supportive workplace. ? Lanis Ogbenna, Field Communications Coordinator for Michael Kors in London, feels that her ERG involvement has helped her feel truly included. “Being part of this ERG has helped me feel recognized and included within the brand DNA at work. It’s also nice to have a safe space where I can just be authentically myself. We are a small group, but we hope to make a change and a positive impact within the Capri organization.” ? Let’s keep celebrating the impact of our ERGs every day! ? #InternationalERGDay #CapriCommunity
