In 2018, Capitol Students was born to provide a home away from home for students from all around the world, lending a space to study, meet and socialise. Since then we have grown rapidly and now provide ideal student accommodation across multiple cities across the UK and in Europe. We are currently in the following cities, - London - Southampton - Birmingham - Plymouth - Bristol - Huddersfield - Sheffield - Leeds - Glasgow - Bremen With over 5,000 beds spanning across 19 properties in 9 cities, we offer a variety of room types that are perfect if one is looking for some privacy, or to mingle and socialise with others. Our student accommodation are conveniently located near major education institutions, with an easy reach of local amenities and public transportation. People are at the heart of what we do. We understand that every student will have different needs, and our dedicated teams strive to ensure customer satisfaction in every Capitol Student's property, providing assistance whenever required. Our student accommodation is suited for a student at any stage in their university or college life, and our shared spaces are created to allow students to relax or study at any time of the day.

    Time has absolutely flown by and it’s 1 year today since I joined Capitol Students in Plymouth ?? A few highlights looking back on the last 12 months ??NPS increased by 12 points going from 24 to 36 as a citywide average ???????????? 100% retention of all new starters (7 in total) ?? 31% of current residents across the city rebooked for September (and that number is increasing each week!) There are plenty of great projects currently going on across the five sites as we continue to improve the standards across all our buildings and ensure our residents have the best experience possible living with us. I look forward to what the next 12 months brings for Team Plymouth ????

    Our head office came together to spread some love and appreciation for Valentines Day last week! From delicious sweet treats, to friendly bingo rivalries. Beyond the games and treats, the real highlight was our Wall of Appreciation - where colleagues shared anonymous affirmation notes all week, leaving heartfelt reminders of how much we value one another. A big thank you to everyone who participated and helped spread kindness. ??
