These “blank” spaces are changing, as the creative minds of GPD Group moving in to their new Indy HQ today! The AEP firm will be soon crafting out of their new 9,100 square foot office in Crosspoint on the Northside. In working with Parallel Design Group, GPD’s team designed their space with private offices and collaborative spaces to help their national presence grow. #tenantimprovement #corporateoffice

The town of Marion, IN is buzzing with a new Starbucks that opened along the busy Baldwin Ave. this month! Our team completed the interior buildout of the 2,500 square foot cafe, designed by international design firm NORR. Marion is now a two-Starbucks town! #repeatclient #coffeeshop

What is not uncommon in our local markets is for a potential client to engage us as they are evaluating different spaces for their move. Such was the case with husband/wife team, The Frankum's, as their med spa team was outgrowing their existing space in Carmel. Indy Luxe Atelier has since settled into a beautiful 3,100 square foot space along Main Street in the new Signature Shoppes project, designed by Progress Studio | Architecture and Interior Design. From facials, to injections, or dietetic consulting, all services from the ILA team are provided by nurse practicioners or physician's assistants. It was a pleasure to work with the ILA team on bringing their new space to life, now serving client needs daily. #medspa #tenantimprovement

Another project in the City of Carmel, Indiana's new "Ollie" building is complete, as First Farmers Bank & Trust will be moving in the coming weeks and opening up their 3,400 square foot office branch in April! The two-story space, elegantly designed by K4 Architecture + Design, has a prime location, just across the breezeway from our other client 1933 Lounge that will be opening at the same time. The team at First Farmers has been delightful to work with, and we have no doubt their new space will reflect the professionalism that their team exudes. #tenantimprovement #bankconstruction

Retail is all about experiences, and retailers have to keep things fresh and clean. Our TN team recently refreshed a Barnes & Noble cafe in Murfreesboro, TN, with new ceilings, paint and backsplash over a quick 4-days. Another one is on the docket for a refresh in May, and we are happy to do these smaller projects that make a big difference in a shoppers experience! #caferefresh #retailexperience
