Today marks the 29th anniversary of Capitol Bank. Jim Dolister, Capitol Bank’s first President, had the crazy idea to start a new bank. He gathered a small group of about 10 bankers and 300 local investors to do just that.?What started as a cool idea, grew and prospered into a $600+ million thriving community bank. What an amazing journey it has been. The Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the selection of the Leadership Class of 2025, a dynamic group of emerging leaders committed to making a positive impact in the community. This year’s class brings together a diverse array of professionals from various sectors, including education, finance, health/wellness, government and non-profit organizations. The program was developed by the Sun Prairie Area School District, City of Sun Prairie and the Sun Prairie Chamber of Commerce in response to the need for formal leadership development on a community-wide basis. The Leadership Class of 2025 is comprised of 18 participants who will engage in a comprehensive program designed to empower and inspire individuals to unlock their full potential as effective, ethical and compassionate leaders. (WBF) is organized for charitable and educational purposes.
