Capitol Administrators, Inc is a national Third Party Administrator specializing in designing and supporting custom medical, dental and vision group benefit plans for large self funded employers. Our focus is on claim cost control, flexibility, integrity and out standing service to our clients. We are based in Rancho Cordova California with offices in Dallas and affiliates in Hawaii. Additional markets we service are employee benefit captives, Native American benefit plans and federal medical contracts. In addition we offer FSA, HRA and HSA administration.
