Take all my supplements and 15 minute priming / meditation session watching sun rise Listen to a Tony Robbins video getting ready. I have 4 - 5 client meetings lined up. Use standing desk with treadmill underneath Make some big decisions. Move the 3 big rocks. Work on my hashtag #crushingit Drive a key KPI forward AND help at least 10 people. Work with my private banker in Zürich to take 30% of all cash off the table every week into physical bullion guaranteed by the Cantonalbank Call my kids around 4pm. 1hr Peloton. Shower again followed by dry brush and 200 pushups. Lauralouise and I have an alkaline carb free healthy dinner. 30 more min of reading. A cup of ginger tea. In bed by 9:30p practicing new tantric manual Couldn't have accomplished more. Smile as I nod off. Feeling amazing with gratitude in my heart. That's the perfect day. Happens MAYBE once a month?? Most days I wake up exhausted feeling guilty at 7am, being jumped on by an overzealous golden retriever scramble to limp to the bathroom \(getting old aint for sissies\) stub toe again barely get my teeth brushed because dogs need to go out Romeo runs off after a chipmunk, Giuseppe steps in his own poop and Galileo picks up the poop bag and runs back in the house with it to show his mom I run after Romeo, lose my Kikoi \(Kenyan version of a Sarong\) 80 yr old widow neighbor sees me naked, worried I might have to call 911 for her Make coffee, good coffee, lots of it. Hide empty wine bottles Create my content winging it on the spot. I'm not happy with it. Start helping others instead Forget to load my own content. Sh\*t. No podcast. Just listening to some ABBA music. Trying to get motivated. Turn on the news Feeling bad about the state of the world and our corrupt politicians Don't call my kids. Forget to drink water and eat all day Skip the peloton \(expensive clothes horse\) to watch Ted Lasso reruns. Drink bourbon. Eat too much. Scroll TikTok DIY and hashtag #prepping videos in bed at 1am Wife still angry with me, forgot why BUT... I still sleep well. Smiling at my own incompetence as I nod off. A reminder that every day doesn't have to be perfect. You don't have to be on your "A" game every day of every week. Try your hardest. But, don't beat yourself up when you fail. Be real and improve Sleep soundly to see another day. Be grateful to wake up.
