Congratulations to MNCAR's 2024 Broker of the Year, Judd Welliver, CBRE. Our 2024 Broker of the Year believes in being as prepared as possible, conducting thorough research and narrowing down his intent with each client. Each transaction generates its own unique set of challenges, and this preparation allows him to overcome these challenges and provide clear and concise real estate guidance. Judd began his career with CBRE in 2012and has been involved in more than 500 transactions, valued at over $15 billion and totally over 200 MSF. Many of these transactions featured several high-profile clients and rank among the largest in the Midwest, a 17-building portfolio sale including 3 million-square-foot, $452 million industrial deal in Minneapolis. Our awardee embraces his brokerage’s core values which include respect, integrity, service and excellence daily with those he interacts with both in and out of the office. He commits time and energy to the commercial real estate industry as a speaker and contributor to other industry associations. Service is a special value to him, specifically when it comes to giving back to youth. For several years he served as a hockey coach in Saint Paul and Minnetonka. Right now, he is focused on coaching youth soccer, teaching his 3 young daughters the basics of a number of other activities including golf, skiing and the great outdoors.
