CIG was well-represented by Gerry Gibbs and Eash Haughton at the Democratic National Committee 2024! The conference was an incredible opportunity to connect with influential leaders and participate in discussions that will shape the future of our state and nation.

Yesterday, the NJ Center for Nonprofits and the Council for New Jersey Grantmakers hosted a powerful event dedicated to empowering the leaders of New Jersey’s 41,000 nonprofit organizations. Lt. Gov. Tahesha Way and Dan Harris, Chief of Staff of the NJ General Assembly Majority Office, delivered impactful advice on advocacy. We were inspired by the panel discussion led by Jeff Key of coLAB Arts, offering invaluable insights to drive positive change. At CIG, we are proud to support the NJ Center for Nonprofits in their mission to strengthen our communities.

CIG mourns the loss of legendary NJ reporter Michael Aaron, the Dean of the State House press. We fondly remember when we spent some time chatting with Michael and watching a live taping of Reporters Roundtable. He will be greatly missed by all.
