WHO WE ARE /ABOUT US Capital Assets partners of Florida is a real estate company located in Fort Lauderdale Florida currently managing/leasing over $1M SF of industrial space in Hialeah, Hialeah Gardens, and Medley. We are a team of professionals with offer 75 years of cumulative real estate experience in extensive acquisition, development, leasing and management expertise. Our vast experience in the sector has accumulated over the years due to our relationship and partnership with real estate owners, brokers, and in-market partners. WHAT WE DO Our key interest in any target market is the acquisition and strategically repositioning of “off- market” valued-add properties with a lot of potential and rehabilitation opportunities, providing capital investors with distributions during the “holding” period and maximum profits on resale. We endeavor to source acquisitions that satisfy the following criteria: - Acquire under-performing “off-market” value-add properties in Hialeah, Hialeah Gardens and Medley that provide an opportunity to rehab and increase rental rates and occupancy. - Purchase properties in supply constrained industrial areas with strong economic factors and positive real estate trends. - Acquire properties suitable for “alternative” use, i.e. retail, multi-family and or conversion to “small-bay” warehouse. - Ability to purchase small warehouse properties and convert to “industrial condominiums” for re-sale on an individual basis. OUR ACHIEVEMNETS Our principals have acted as ground-up “developers” for numerous national credit tenants providing a platform for the conversion of industrial space to retail use.
