Yesterday, our BOD had their first meeting of the 2024-25 FY. One of the day's activities was discussing what Core Values were to be established for the upcoming new fiscal year. Today, Capital Area United Way was recognized with the Diversity Star Award, in the small organization category, by Baton Rouge Area Chamber‘s Economic Inclusion Symposium, presented by Dow Louisiana Operations. Today's recognition amplifies our commitment to building communities that embrace diversity, promote inclusion for all, and work to ensure that every individual has the chance to succeed.
