Who We Are: We are the Transportation, Distribution, Logistics Employer Resource Group. This partnership was launched to bring together business leaders from this industry from across Connecticut gathered as a forum to tackle common challenges and strengthen the economic viability of the TDL industry. This partnership is convened by Capital Workforce Partners, working in coordination with other economic development, workforce and education organizations at the region and state levels. The partnership is being modeled off other Next Gen regional sector partnerships active across the country. What We Do: We are an integral part of the infrastructure for the state of Connecticut! We warehouse goods and move them throughout the supply chain! We also move precious cargo (children and people) from place to place with incredible care! We are the wholesalers that bring important products and services to businesses and people! We serve your schools, daycares, your communities! Our Mission: Our mission is to bring together the resources of our neighbor businesses to combine our knowledge, skills, and abilities to grow and foster advocacy through the State of Connecticut, Federal Government, and local agencies, and Chambers of Commerce to bring forth positive changes that will trickle down into our communities at large.
