As 2024 comes to a close, I’m reflecting on a year of challenges, milestones, and opportunities. It’s been a privilege to work alongside incredible team members and partners as we continue to grow and innovate at Capify, supporting thousands of small businesses in the UK and Australia. What started as an idea in the United States I launched over 20 years ago—and that I took overseas over 15 years ago—has grown into something far bigger than I could have imagined. It’s proof that resilience, adaptability, and great people are the foundation of success. I’m humbled by what we’ve accomplished, and I’m excited for what 2025 will bring: new challenges, new ideas, and new opportunities to collaborate. I’m especially grateful for the connections I’ve been fortunate to make—both in and out of the industry—around the world. These relationships inspire me every day, and I look forward to connecting with as many people as I can in 2025. After all, connecting is what life is all about.
