Our teams had a busy but fun Friday last week! They started the day off with the Jalepe?o Open and ended the night volunteering at the Snake River Stampede! CapEd and GoWest Credit Union Association members raised over $129K for the Children's Miracle Network Hospitals and St. Luke's Children's. Each year, credit unions unite to raise funds to support children and families' medical needs. CapEd is pleased to support the children in our community ??

A few team members from across our organization attended GoWest Credit Union Association’s annual Young Professional Summit , their signature YP event that fosters personal and professional growth within the Credit Union Movement. Our very own Jeremy Sankwich presented to the attendees about his experience with impactful leaders in his career, becoming a supportive leader himself, and passing on his wisdom to the young professionals. Team members returned from the event energized and motivated to take what they learned at the 2-day event back to their roles here at CapEd. Today CapEd Credit Union and the Consulate of Mexico, Ricardo Gerardo Higuera signed a Memorandum of Understanding. The MOU helps formalize CapEd’s relationship with Consulate Gerardo’s team.
