The Sponsors of Mass Save, which includes Cape Light Compact, received unanimous support from the Energy Efficiency Advisory Council on their 2027-2027 Energy Efficiency and Decarbonization plan. You can read more about what is being proposed in the plan by clicking the link below.
Ahead of submitting of the Massachusetts 2025-2027 Energy Efficiency and Decarbonization Plan on October 31, the Sponsors of Mass Save are pleased to have received unanimous support from the Energy Efficiency Advisory Council (EEAC). This transformational three-year plan includes almost $5 billion of energy efficiency investments, aiming to deliver $13 billion in total benefits to customers, communities and businesses across the Commonwealth that will prioritize equity and accelerate the clean energy transition. The plan includes over $4.7 billion in equity benefits and $615 million in incentives for renters. The result of more than 18 months of impactful conversations with community stakeholders, this final draft plan serves as a roadmap to help the state reach its climate goals by delivering savings, enhancing program access for all, and strengthening the clean energy workforce.
