?? A big congratulations to our latest group for completing the 4-day Life Space Crisis Intervention (LSCI) training with Michael McKnight at Cape May Technical High School! In partnership with Michael McKnight, Cape Assist has been offering LSCI since the summer of 2022. This intensive training equips educators, counselors, and law enforcement professionals with effective strategies to de-escalate crises and guide youth toward healthier decisions. By turning moments of crisis into opportunities for growth, LSCI helps create safer and more supportive spaces for young people. With nearly 90 participants successfully completing the program so far, we’re proud of this group’s dedication to fostering positive change and resilience in our community. ?? Participants who successfully complete the course can earn three (3) graduate credits in special education and psychology, further enhancing their professional development. What an incredible time we had at the Lower Township Healthy Youth Coalition Winter Youth & Family Dance! ?????? The evening was filled with laughter, joy, and unforgettable moments as families came together to dance and sing their hearts out. From kids winning prizes during an epic freeze dance to everyone getting down to the Electric Slide and Cupid Shuffle, the night had something special for everyone. And, of course, little Elsa’s heart-melting rendition of "Let It Go" was a crowd favorite! ?????? A huge THANK YOU to our amazing community partners who made this event possible: ??
