We were so excited to host Governor Tony Evers and Department of Health Services Secretary-designee Kirsten Johnson at our office yesterday for a Budget Roundtable Session discussing affordable healthcare and access coverage in Wisconsin. Are you ready for The Family Radio Network, Inc. 2025 Help for the Homeless Drive? Help stock the shelves of programs in Wisconsin communities on February 23-March 16. All donations remain in the community where they are collected! Two of CAP's programs will be benefitting from the drive: - Community 2000 in Seymour - CAP Services Family Crisis Center in Waupaca The goal of the program is to supply a year's worth of products! Look for collection boxes in a business near you!

CAP Services Mental Health Navigation is looking for artists ages 12-24 who would like to display their art at the Authentic Identities Expo Portage County Student Art Show on April 2 in Stevens Point. Artwork may also be displayed at local businesses and other community events such as Stevens Point Pride, Mental Health Month, and September Suicide Prevention. Email [email protected] for details.

Do you live in a low-income household? Are you interested in talking about issues that impact you? CAP will be conducting virtual focus groups in the near future (March/April). If you are interested in participating in a focus group, please fill out the short form at https://lnkd.in/ggkBi4J6. 4-8 people will be selected to participate in each county. Participants will receive a $25 Kwik Trip gift card as a thank you for their time and input. CAP will share a summary of the focus group discussion and select anonymous quotes in our final report for our community needs assessment.
