This custom-built single-file conveyor is being shipped to our customer for installation. These conveyors are essential in the food packaging industry, as they accumulate bottles, cans, containers, and other round or irregular-shaped products from a mass flow into a single lane. This conveyor will move yogurt cups from a 30” spiral freezer and single-file them onto a 6” packing line utilizing two variable speed driven belts utilizing independent shafts with center-mounted bearings. Guide rails mounted along the conveying surface shift products smoothly and safely to their next-in-line destination.
