On the heels of our first SOC 2, Type 2 report, Canopy, a Public Benefit Company went to work on PCI compliance so our new Events system could accept credit card payments. I'm thrilled to share that we completed the required assessment & documentation with our Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) late yesterday ??. Our Engineering team led by Brent O'Connor is a compliance machine. ?? Actually, don't tell Brent I said that. I think we'd all much rather be building new features & products than navigating hundreds of pages of assessments. A huge shout out to Johanson Group LLP for working with us again to make the process as easy as possible. ??
