Canopy Roots is hiring a Program Manager for the Behavioral Crisis Response Program in Minneapolis. This role will lead our innovative team of mental health first responders, providing community-based crisis intervention services that prioritize compassion, cultural responsiveness, and effective care. The Program Manager will oversee the day to day operations of the BCR, collaborate with community partners, and direct the program's clinical approach. This position will oversee three program supervisors and sit on the organization's leadership team. The program manager will also be involved in supporting new alternative response programs.
