Another milestone in my journey! This Thursday, I’ll deliver my first presentation entirely in Spanish. I’m deeply honored to join FLACSO Ecuador inaugural Latin America Drug Policy Forum on this important topic alongside incredible advocates from Ecuador, Mexico, and Colombia. ??Special thanks to my professor, Andrés Rodríguez Mera for this opportunity. Preparing to condense U.S. Cannabis policy into 20 minutes has been a challenge—but one I’m ready to embrace. ??What makes this moment even more meaningful is that my mom will be in the audience, witnessing me present in a way she’s never seen before. Nervous, yes—but also incredibly grateful and proud to share this with her and my community. ??Immensely honored to be included in this lineup & I’m so excited to learn from these inspiring advocates and policy experts.
