In honor of #HispanicHeritageMonth, we’re spotlighting our employee resource group, ?HOLA! and our efforts to foster diverse voices with our programs and partnerships. ?HOLA! the Hispanic/Latin Organization for Leadership Advancement, provides valuable mentorship, networking, and professional development for its members, while also creating opportunities for the next generation of leaders in the community. From annual leadership conferences with discussions on career growth and challenges in the workplace, to collaborating with organizations like Latino U College Access (LUCA) ??to support first-generation Latino students pursuing higher education, ?HOLA!, is helping to equip and empower Hispanic and Latino communities with the skills needed to thrive in a rapidly changing economy. ?? We also want our products and marketing efforts to reflect the broad spectrum of communities we hope to serve, as well as the diverse workforce we’re working to build.?We prioritize collaborating with partners like Canela Media, a diverse-owned Hispanic media organization, with whom we have successfully run over 10 campaigns for more than five of our brands including Activia, Silk, International Delight and Danimals.? ??
