Haris suggests looking at key data points, such as: ? Employee start date and tenure ? Time since last promotion or pay increase ? Equity status (e.g., how close they are to full vesting) ? Position within the pay band By analyzing these factors alongside performance, HR leaders can make more informed decisions and address disparities before they become churn risks.
