I feel like I’ve been overusing the word magical lately, so I tried to come up with some good alternates. Merriam-Webster suggested wondrous, fantastical, possessed, and bewitched, among others.? But none of these quite fit.? So instead, I’m choosing joy. The last two weeks at #HRWest and Transform have been joyful.? It’s been a joy to meet so many amazing, empathetic, and driven HR folks looking for ways to drive positive change in their orgs.? It’s also been a joy to spend time with the incredible CandorIQ team.? Being a remote first company has so many incredible perks, but I do miss getting face time with Haris Ikram, Emma Biskupiak, Matthew Almazan, Sutthipong Thavisomboon, and Chad Atwell.? And finally, it was so fun to see the joy on everybody’s face when Matt and I brought a little levity and magic with our booth card tricks.?
