    How does CoComelon capture the hearts of preschoolers and make learning fun? By creating content that’s as enriching as it is entertaining!     Humans + AI = Creative Synergy: A Collaborative Experiment What happens when human creativity meets the power of AI? ?? We brought together an incredible team—Shana Nielsen, David Palmeri, Jacob Cox, Evan McEneaney, Andy Inglat, Clare Stein, Allyson Bernstein, & Gerry Mattei—to explore this exciting intersection. The result? A new approach to #creativity that blends human imagination with AI’s potential. To bring our vision to life for The Female Quotient and ATTN: Women in #AI sizzle, we used a mix of the latest tools: ? Images: Midjourney, krea.ai, FLUX, Photoshop Firefly ?? Videos: Runway, Luma AI, Krea, Pika, Hailuo ?? Editing & Effects: Adobe AfterEffects, Premiere, Davinci Resolve ?? Voiceover: ElevenLabs Speech to Speech ?? AI Assistance: ChatGPT & Gemini for technical Q's & prompt refinement One of the standout moments [0:23 Seconds] was creating a scene of flowers blooming from a girl’s hands. Here's how we did it:? Testing the Imagery & Animation: Shana began by exploring different ways to visualize flowers growing and blooming. She tested several AI tools, including Midjourney, FLUX, Runway, @Pika, and krea.ai, to generate frames and animations that captured the feeling of flowers coming to life. Selecting the Best Frame: After experimenting with various options, Shana selected an endframe from Pika, which shows flowers fully bloomed from a girl’s hands. This became the base for the animation. Creating the Clean Starting Frame: Using Photoshop Firefly, she removed the flowers from the frame, leaving just the girl's hands. This clean version served as the starting point for the animation sequence. Designing the Middle Frame: Next, Shana created a middle frame where the first flower is just beginning to bud. She manually adjusted the design to show the subtle transformation from no flowers to a blossoming start. Bringing it All Together in Krea: She then brought the three frames—the clean start, the budding flower, and the blooming flower—into Krea. She used the AI tool to adjust the timing and refine the animation of the flowers growing and blooming. The AI helped bring smooth transitions between the frames, making it feel like a natural flow of movement. Enhancing & Upscaling: Once the animation was complete, she ran it through Krea’s upscaling tool, improving the quality and adding finer details to the animation. Final Touches with Runway: To add variety and a sense of uniqueness, she used Runway Gen-3 video-to-video technology to create multiple versions of the same animation. Each version featured unique looks and characters, but all retained the same motion. These clips were then sequenced together with quick cuts in Adobe Premiere to give the scene energy & movement. This process shows how powerful the combination of human creativity and AI can be. With the help of cutting-edge tools and the guidance of a creative mind, we crafted something magical. AI is just the tool, we are the solution. What do you think?

I AM A DIRECT REFLECTION OF HOW REPRESENTATION MATTERS with Coach Sydney Carter "When I first got injured, I was challenged with the decision of retiring or continuing my athletic career. It wasn't until one day I woke up and realized I didn't want to do what it took anymore, to compete at the level I was playing at before my injury. Then I made the tough decision to retire. I did not want to cheat the game that had given me so much. Therefore I decided to give back to basketball in another way. That is how I came to be Coach Sydney Carter. As an athlete I was faced with so much adversity, and believe it or not, received a lot of NOs along my journey. Because of that, I knew helping young women and athletes would be at the forefront of why I do what I do as a coach. As a bonus and a blessing, not only do I get to help young people see and live out their dreams but I am also a direct reflection of how representation matters - by showing up as yourself confidently and unapologetically. Through coaching and my expression of fashion and true-self, I am able to live out my ultimate dream.
